  • 1.  Hiding past sessions on the Virtual Attendee Hub agenda

    Posted 09-10-2021 06:32
    Hi,

We upload pre-recorded content into our events for attendees to watch as and when they like.  As these have to be given a session date and time we assign them to a date before our live event starts.  However, this means that they appear at the top of the agenda in the Attendee Hub as past events.

Is there anyway to hide these so that the first session on the agenda is the first session of the live event?

    Thanks!

I would suggest that rather than creating that content as standard "sessions", you create a custom page or use a navigation icon that houses that information elsewehere, so that it does not appear as sessions starting before your "start date". Most of everything you can include in a "session" you can include in a "page".

Hi, could you schedule them all on the day after the event with a category like "Additional Content" that they can see in a dropdown at the top in a filter? So they are showing up at the end of all of the sessions and can be filtered.

The simplest solution would be to change their start date to a later date, since it's on demand content. You can also organize your session by Category and rename the categories to be different dates. The last category can be "On Demand" and you can list all the recordings there.
