Hi! For those who are hosting virtual events, how do you recognize your attendees for their special achievements? When attending in-person, we provide special name badge ribbons. Is there any way to create "ribbons" or "badges" in the Attendee Hub for those attending virtually?

    Hi Hazel!

No profile badges available yet on the Attendee Hub, though Attendee profiles are in the process of being enabled.
What we did for our events is add that info to our intro slides. Since the link to join the sessions becomes available five minutes before it starts, we have a presentation of "intro slides" we play during those five minutes. Slides include tech info on how to use chat, Q&A, and polling, but also those kind of recognition slides (we list our board members with pictures, or grant awardees). We also have a few trivia slides about our organization!

I hope that it's an helpful idea! We also do a shoutout in our opening keynote, but the slides are a nice reminder throughout.

    Cheers,

    Hi Hazel!

We usually give out awards at our internal conference. Maybe you could create a mandatory session that would be a prerecorded video recognizing your attendees for their special achievements? It could be a simple PowerPoint or photo montage w/ music.

This year we prerecorded our awards ceremony and asked the top winners for an acceptance video so we could add it.

    Best of luck!
