    Does anyone know of a way to do a bulk removal of content on the Access Portal?  I have only seen that you can remove one report at a time.

    Hi Renee,

    I hope you are doing well! There is not currently a bulk removal option, but that is great feedback to share through Ideas here in the Community.

    We did recently release the option to set an expiration date for published content, so moving forward you can utilize this to automatically remove content when it no longer needs to be published in your portal.

    Hi Danni,

    do you have to set the reports to expire within the event reporting when you first build the report or is there a setting you can toggle that makes it true for all reports?

    I don't think there's a bulk removal of content, just 1 by 1.

    I was able to work with my csm who pulled a report of all content in the portal. From there I was able to indicate which needed to be removed and the Cvent technical team removed them on the back end.
