    All,

    I was hoping to network with most to gain this, but not finding the opportunity.  I'm challenged with trying to identify a "series" of meetings on the Meeting Request Form.  We are using our MRF for SMM metrics, but want to reduce the workload for our Requesters (submitting the request), our Reconciliation Analysts (qualifying the spend) and the Report Analyst (reporting the meetings; cost per person).  If we have the smaller virtual meetings/CME/P2P/Webinars where the Requester may have 50 events within a 6 month timeframe, how do you register those today?  Or even Virtual Websites - where the Requester has a website built that includes recorded sessions, product info, training opportunities, etc. - and wants to keep it open for 2 years.  

    As we are trying to focus on cost per participant, having a 6 month or 2 year program skews the numbers.  If we were to mandate that all non-consecutive meetings be registered separately, the Requester would have 50 meetings to register, the RA would have 50 to reconcile, and the Reporting analyst 50 meetings to validate.  Time is money.  

    I would love to know how people are managing this today.  Thank you in advance for your help!
