    Hi, 

    Is it possible to increase the number of group registrants to more than 10 on a Flex Event? How do we do that?

    I sure hope so! We haven't had a group larger than 6 sign up so far but I would assume (and hope) they have the number set higher than 10.

    Hi Heather,

    As of now, group registrants limit in Flex is 10. We are continuously working on enhancing these limits and this will not be a limitation in future.

    As an alternate, you can use a combination of Group and Guest Registrants. Each group registrant can enter 10 guests. So, you can have 10X10 = 100 registrants in 1 registration flow. 

    Note: This may cause delays in processing the registrations in bulk(if 100) and would recommend testing the setup in Test Mode before launching the event.
    To add, you will have to consider the Guest and Group functionality/difference.

    Hi Roberto, 

    Please see the steps below:

    1. Open the registration link

      1. "Click on the registration link. You'll land on the main registration page."

    2. Register yourself first (as group leader)

      1. "Choose your options (ticket/admission, sessions, questions, etc.) and complete all required fields for your own registration."
      2. "Click Next/Continue until you reach the Group Members / Add Group Members / Registration Summary page (wording can vary)."

    3. Add the other 9 people as group members

      1. "On the summary/group page, look for a button that says 'Add Group Member'"
      2. "Click that button and:
        1. Enter the first name, last name, email, and any required answers for person #2.
        2. Click Next/Save to return to the summary."
      3. "Repeat this step until you've added all 9 additional people. You should now see 10 attendees listed on the summary page."

    4. Review and pay once for all 10

      1. "On the summary/check‑out page, confirm all 10 names and selections are correct."
      2. "Proceed to Payment / Submit. You'll pay one total amount that covers all 10 registrations in a single transaction."

    5. After submission

      1. "Once you submit, each person will be created as their own registrant in the system, with their own record and confirmation, even though you paid for everyone together."
