    Today, we have a very big update to share for our Surveys product!

    Premium Feedback Surveys for Flex Events

    The first phase of this project was a part of the Flex GA release in October 2018. As of that release, all Flex feedback surveys are now powered by Inquisium. With today's GA release, we're introducing "Premium Feedback Surveys" to offer you the following advanced features:

    • Compare performance across multiple events: Use the same survey to easily compare feedback across hundreds of events. 
    • Track speaker ratings: Easily identify your top-rated speakers and track individual speaker ratings with the new speaker feedback module.
    • Ask the right questions to the right audience: Collect relevant feedback by creating different surveys for different sessions and audience types.
    • Collect feedback via CrowdCompass: Have your attendees submit feedback directly through the CrowdCompass app. This can be set up using the dynamic URL feature in CrowdCompass.
    • Award credits after survey completion: Automatically award credits and issue certifications upon survey completion. 

    With new features designed to help support use cases that haven't been supported in the past, this redesign is a huge (and exciting) update for planners as it offers a much tighter integration with the Event Management solution.

    Note: All Inquisium customers with the Event license will automatically get access to Premium Feedback Surveys.


    Next-Generation Surveys (Standalone surveys)

    Next-Generation Surveys
    The release also offers a new product labeled as "Surveys (New)". To be clear, this is not an improvement applied to the existing Inquisium product labeled "Surveys," but rather a whole new product that will be available in addition to the current Inquisium product.

    Product Highlights:

    • A sleek, drag-and-drop Survey Designer
    • Survey optimized for mobile display
    • An engaging survey experience for respondents
    • New image and rating questions

    Note:     Surveys (New) is a new solution that has been activated in your account for all Administrators. Enable other users under Admin > Users > User Name > Visibility Settings. All existing surveys and their responses will not be impacted.

    Any idea when the file upload question type will be available in the new surveys? Really excited to see a fresh look.
