    Hello!

    Where can I find the sunset dates for specific Classic based products (i.e.: Classic, Legacy reports, etc.)?

    Also - Do cross event reports fall under these same sunset dates?

    Hi @Ashley Breuer - happy Friday!

    The only two dates that have been announced are for Classic Registration and Legacy Reporting.

    Classic Reg:
    - As of July 1, 2021, you will not be able to create any new Classic events in the system (whether creating from scratch, via copy, or via template)
    - As of December 31, 2021, all Classic events must be in Completed status (i.e. cannot have an Event End date past 12/31/2021)

    Legacy Reporting:
    - On June 30, 2021, Legacy Reporting will be ​​retired across the Cvent platform (i.e. Event, Cross-Event, Admin-level, Contact-level)

    Hi @Tristen Asrejadid,

    Is there a commitment​ of when Optional Items - Membership Items will be released in FLEX? We are unable to migrate our membership sign up pages until that feature is available. It was originally slated on the roadmap here for Q4 2020, then was pushed to Q1 2021, now pushed again to Q2 2021.

    It's very difficult for us that there is a hard sunset date for classic but no guarantee of when we will actually have the tools to move that piece of our business over to FLEX.

    With the approaching sunset dates, do you know when they will activate the "Tracks" options in Flex?  It's a feature in the Classic events but not yet in Flex.
