    Good day!

    I am wondering if you have experienced this issue when you are testing your website/invitation email.


    This is showing on top of the email when opening the link to check the website. Do you know how we can fix this issue? Thank you!

    Yes, I have seen the same over the past few days. Only while in testing mode. Did you get any info from Customer Support?

    Hi all,

    A colleague of mine experienced this as well and he was the one who contacted the Customer support. They said that they found that it looked related to an ongoing bug in the system when sending test scenarios. It doesn't happen in normal manual or test send emails. They also think it only affects pending events, not the active ones. I hope this will be fixed soon.
