    You can translate your Classic event into several different languagesbut first, you'll need to create different versions of your websiteregistration paths, and emails for each. Standard labels, instructions, error messages, and validations already have default translations and all the text you write can be exported to a spreadsheet, emailed to your translators, and imported back in. If creating a Flex event, this feature is not available.

    You'll also have to select "yes" for the following: 

    • Enable language detection displays the version of your website and registration that matches the invitee's browser language settings.
    • Registrants can switch languages lets invitees choose their preferred language from a dropdown at the top of your website.

    Hi Diane, 
     Express events are not able to be in multi-language events. As Haley said, the registrants can change their language in their browser. If you need to create a multi language event I recommend setting up a classic or flex event.
