Has anyone used the Click feature within the mobile app? If so, how was your experience? Do you have any tips for a first time user of this feature?

    Hi,

We've used Click ever since our company started with CrowdCompass, and it one of the features that our attendees love! Our goal at our events is to drive engagement at the event, the venue, with vendors and other attendees to help drive overall satisfaction, and Click helps us do this. We create challenges around meet-and-greet with vendors, networking, and sessions so that attendees are engaging every step of the way.

A few tips to get started:
    * Use some of the pre-loaded challenges in the game as a start, and customize according to your needs/goals. For custom challenges, plan ahead!
    * Create communications around Click to drive engagement, and throw in a little prize opportunity to do so. We set an end time to the game (the night before the final day of the event) and any attendees that have completed all challenges by then get their names thrown in a hat for a chance to win a gift card or prize ($100-$200 prize range)
    * Add a pre-event challenge as a way to drive early adoption and get attendees excited about coming to the event
    * If you have the ability to do so (meaning you have someone who can build the challenge onsite), launch a special challenge mid-way through the event to highlight a particular session, activity, etc.

Thank you for the tips! These will definitely come in handy, if our client decides to go this route.

The great thing (among others) about Click is that there is little to no set-up required on the app owner's side. We've only used Click to familiarize our attendees with different features and functionalities of the app itself, and have found that the gamification keeps everyone involved - even if there are no rewards involved! The leaderboard drives interaction itself in most cases.
