  • 1.  Forwarding Capability Issues

    Is anyone else having problems with their forwarding capabilities?  I've had a number of clients tell me that they have given me permission in order to forward on their RFP to hotels, but when I go to my drop down box, the option to forward is not there.
    Does anyone know if the hotel response date has anything to do with that?  Like if the date has passed, does that take away your opportunity to forward?

    Example: Received lead on Friday, 11/15 and was out of the office until Tuesday, 11/19.  Responses were due on 11/18 to client so by the time I got it on 11/19 the deadline had passed and I can't share info with our hotels.

    Hi Elizabeth,

    You're exactly right, once an RFP Response Due Date has passed, the forwarding functionality is removed. To enable forwarding on an RFP again, the planner will need to extend the Response Due Date.
