  • 1.  Collecting Guest info during registration

    Hi all,

    I'm creating my first event in Flex and am struggling with the registration process. I added all my optional events as sessions (welcome reception, closing Gala, children's events). These events are free for attendees and guests. 

    Right now I only see that the registrant can hit "select" when in the sessions. Is there no way to add,within the sessions, a place to ask for guest info?  I need # of guests, name of guest, and age. The guest widget at the bottom isn't cutting it for me.

    What am I missing?!

    Do the guests have the same reg type that allows selection of the sessions?

    Hi Shannon, 

    When you are in the Site Designer, if you click on the drop-down in the top left-hand corner and scroll to the bottom, you should see the page called Guest Information. In this Guest Information section is where you are able to add the information/questions that you want to collect from guests. This information will be answered when the primary registrant clicks the Add Guest button.
