Our internal events are broken up into 4 categories:
1. Planning meetings / kick offs
2. Review meetings / wrap ups
3. Touchbases
4. Senior Leadership
#1-#3 are all hosted via Zoom and will continue to be hosted that way for the foreseeable future
However, #4 are all being hosted hybridly with an 8-12 month plan to have them all back in person since those levels were the first to be fully vaccinated, have started getting boosters, and have taken courses and heed to precautions for professional and personal safety. I think BOD, Senior Leadership, and any All-Staff meetings will be in person in the next year and going forward.
