Hi Anita,
I haven't tested it out, but I believe you can remove registrants' ability to cancel their own registration by removing the Cancel Registration widget.
Go to Website & Registration > Registration Process > Post-Registration > click "Customize" button to the right of Confirmation. On our page, there's a "Cancel Registration" widget that shows up as a button. If you hover over the button, there's a box that will pop up at the top left of the widget that says "Cancel Registration" followed by 3 dots; if you hover over the 3 dots, there's an option for "Delete"-I think that will remove your registrants' ability to unregister themselves.
