  • 1.  Where do I find "Registration Settings"?

    I keep seeing instructions for changing the security on my event that tell me to follow this path: Website & Registration > Registration Settings > Identification & Security.

    I can find no such path.  I do not see "Registration Settings" under Website and Registration.  And I can't find it or "Identification & Security" under any other headings either.  What am I missing?

    Hi Willa - The path you're describing is only applicable to Classic events, not Flex. I don't know what you're looking to update, but if you're working in a Flex event there are instructions for changing Identity settings here: https://support.cvent.com/apex/CommunityArticle?id=000061809&Lang=en_US&searchTerm=security%20settings, the article is called "Changing Identity Confirmation Settings in Flex Events" if the link doesn't work
