    Hi All,

    When looking at Venues - is there a difference between a Star rating and a Diamond rating?

    Where to the ratings come from?  How does it compare to AAA or NTM rating?

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

    Triple A (AAA) puts out the Diamond Ratings and their definitions are here: https://www.aaa.com/diamonds/diamond-ratings-definitions.html

    Star ratings are inconsistent. You need to dig into WHO gave the stars. Is it based on customer subjective review? Or based on Mobil's hotel reviews for North America? Different countries have different organizations who are considered consistent and unbiased in their ratings, so you'll have to do a bit of research.     I'm wondering where CVENT's ratings come from specifically.  AAA?  Mobil?  TripAdvisor?
