This one is probably better answered by a Cventer since they're not totally out yet, but here's what I gathered from Connect - these are just my notes and i'm not 100% sure so probably check with your account rep as well.
Coming yet in 2019: Enterprise portals, which will put everything in one place so that separate log-ins aren't required for request users and report users. In one place, they can request a meeting, and view reports,
Request website enhancements to look more like flex, and meeting request form enhancement including
- 5 levels of subquestions
- multi-page forms
- optimized fill ins for sleeping room and meeting space requirements
- decision tree
- formulas
- quick budget
Coming in 2020 -
- Small meetings functionality - where infrequent planners of smaller meetings could directly book a handful of rooms at a hotel (simple sourcing for less than 10 rooms).
- Event hub - enter budgets, and I think I have a note for something about surveys, but not sure what that was, and I may have that wrong.
Currently in early adopter phase, releasing for general availability later this year: Speaker resource center - available at no extra cost to portal users
- an area where you'd create a form with required specs for bios and headshots where you can approve and upload.

Subject: Enterprise Portals?
I am trying to gain a better understanding of what the new enterprise portals function will allow users to do? I had trouble finding anything...
