    Having trouble sending emails to individuals in contact list. Most receive them but many do not. Many Save The Date and other emails sent from CVENT are either blocked, sent to Junk email or not even received. Cannot understand why this is happening. If is send to my personal mac email I do not get it-it goes to junk. If I send to my corporate email I get it. Others get in their personal email but not in corporate emails. Anyone else have this issue. Any suggestions?

    We used to have a big problem with this until we worked with both Cvent and our IT department to implement a DKIM key on our side. Now we rarely see an issue.

    Hi @Lauren Becker, We've had the same challenges and this caught my eye! How did you have to go about getting this implemented? Did you need to connect with Cvent firts? Or did the request start on your IT department's end? I'd appreciate any info you can offer! ​

    Hi @Natalia Ramirez, we reached out to our Cvent account team first to get some help with implementing the new DKIM key, and they assigned a resource to us. On our side, we got a resource assigned to us from our Information Security team. Then we just got our two resources connected through email and let them work it out :)

    Because of workload on our end, the implementation took a couple weeks.​

    I hope this gives you a place to start!
