I got this checked and the behavior you're seeing - where only the field values appear under the "About This Session" section without their corresponding labels or headers - is a known limitation of how the Attendee Hub is currently designed. Our technical team has confirmed that the platform intentionally displays custom session field values only, without rendering the associated field name as a label above or beside it.
We completely understand how this can feel disjointed for your attendees, especially when those fields are meant to communicate structured, curated information about each session.
In the meantime, here is a workaround that many clients have used successfully:
Rather than entering just the value on its own, you can prefix each value with the label name directly within the field value itself. For example:
This way, the context is built directly into the displayed value, giving attendees the clarity they need without needing a separate label header.
This workaround can be applied to any custom session field that appears under "About This Session," and it ensures the information reads clearly even without a formal label.
