    Hi, 

    I cannot seem to chose my sessions into session groups. When I click on the sessions I need to group into Day 1 at 5 a.m. EST, I might be able to chose 1 session, but not the other 4. Can someone please let me know what I'm doing incorrect?

    Hi Gabriele,

    Thanks for your question! There are two key things you may want to check:

    • Already Grouped? A session can only be part of one session group. Make sure it's not already assigned to another group.

    • Visibility: All sessions in a group must be visible and available to the same audience.
