Pop-UP Window

    Hi Everyone, does anyone know if the pop-up window language can be changed after submitting a registration? The one that says "Processed! Your Order is Ready!" I cannot find it in language management.

    Jayne,

    It cannot. I have suggest that be changed for future release as "your order is ready" doesn't match our registration process (we run no-cost events).

    Thank you for your quick response! I'll stop looking for it in language management. I agree, it doesn't match our registration process either. I'm going to suggest we should be able to edit it too.

    The text ID that I have seen is

     

    For "YOUR ORDER IS READY"

    _checkoutProcessingCompleteMessage_resx

     

    For "PROCESSED"

    _checkoutProcessingCompleteHeader_resx

     

    They are both on the Event Text tab (in the new Cvent Experience interface) right at the top of the list – you can also copy/paste the IDs in the search...

    Stupid question alert.... where can I find the Event Text tab?  I'm using the new interface (I think) but can't see it anywhere, nor in language management.

    Weirdly, I do not see these tabs (Event Text, Attendee Website, Event App) at the top in Language Management.  The template I'm looking at was set up shortly after Flex was released so maybe I'm seeing an old interface? 

    / Edit... if I just search for 'Order', I see it.  Searching the text ID didn't bring it up.  We're sorted!

    Try switching over to the "new experience " and see if it shows up there...
    That should probably get you to the right place...

    Funny, I don't see those exact tabs either. I do see options under advanced search under Area but it is still not those options.

    Hi Jayne, 

    I might be chiming in a bit late to your question, but, you can change that pop-up window wording to fit your event.  I've changed it many times for our events.  Type in the word, "order" within the Language Management search bar and it will pull up all the default text that contains the word or phrase.  Then click on the pencil icon to edit phrase, "Your order is ready!" and type in your new wording.  I usually say, "Your registration is complete!" or "Thank you. Your RSVP has been received" - or whatever is appropriate for the event type.
