  • 1.  Attendees Receiving "Capacity Reached" Message

    I have the settings at 1000 for capacity, with 561 registered, yet someone is trying to register and receiving the "Capacity Reached" error message?
    What gives? Help I don't want to lose sign ups.

    Do you by chance have an admission item that has a capacity attached to it? That's the only thing I can think of if the overall event capacity has not been reached.
