Hello! Please review below for an important #Appointments update coming soon. Appointments Attendee Authentication: Starting in June, attendees will now be required to log in before viewing and updating appointments on their attendee calendar. Each login session is 24 hours.
To log in, attendees will first enter their credentials, then a six-digit verification code sent to their phone as SMS or their email address associated with the event. To help troubleshoot any issues, you can also view login statuses and restore login access from within individual attendee records.
Note: If an appointment event is linked to a Flex event, to troubleshoot, you will need to go to the Flex event to perform these actions for an attendee.
