    Hi everyone, we are back with the next edition of the Huddle of the Week discussion! 

    It's no secret that getting event sponsorship is a continuous pain point irrespective of the nature of your event. Now with hybrid events gaining more and more attention – the lead generation opportunities have increased for sponsors by leaps and bounds. Event professionals have started figuring out more creative ways to tailor sponsorships for in-person and remote experiences in order to provide more valuable engagement and ROI to the sponsors.

    So, in today's discussion, let's hear your thoughts on the questions below –

    • What are some of your key focus areas to get sponsors on board for your hybrid event? Have a range of strong content sessions that sponsors can associate easily with.  
    • How do you ensure that sponsors get the maximum results out of your hybrid event? Make your events memorable, sponsor branded give-a-ways, and customize your sponsorship opportunities to fit your business/marketing needs.

    • What are some of your key focus areas to get sponsors on board for your hybrid event?
    • Content that is relevant to the growth of the business and is related to our sponsors; for example, how certain sponsors may tie in to certain company initiatives
    • How do you ensure that sponsors get the maximum results out of your hybrid event?
    • Give them opportunities to network, demo, and create connections with attendees, as well as plenty of opportunities to advertise

    • What are some of your key focus areas to get sponsors on board for your hybrid event? Ensure strong content and speakers to draw a good audience, offer competitive sponsorship packages, focus on quality sponsors and don't saturate your event with too many sponsors
    • How do you ensure that sponsors get the maximum results out of your hybrid event? Make sure you're going after sponsors that really connect with the audience you're getting, enable them to have an opportunity to present or tie back into the sessions, offer ample time in your agenda for a chance to stop by a sponsor booth if applicable

    • What are some of your key focus areas to get sponsors on board for your hybrid event?
      • Showing the benefit of their sponsorship: leads, and brand exposure
    • How do you ensure that sponsors get the maximum results out of your hybrid event?
      • Making sure they understand how their participation works in a hybrid world. Post event reporting is key.

      • Showing them the amount of exposure (audience/marketability) 
    • How do you ensure that sponsors get the maximum results out of your hybrid event?
      • Showing them quantifiable results through reporting

    Easy question to answer - we do not currently have sponsors for our events (nor are we considering changing that model).
