In yesterday's Q&A, I asked if there was any documentation on the changes to the Cvent Payment Services. The response was that the information would be posted here in the forum. I could not find it.

Hi @Donna Stout! Thanks for circling back. The most recent updates we published on 7/1/2020 can be found here. For any additional documentation, I'd recommend reaching out to your Cvent Account Team and they can loop in the right resources to get you what you need.

    I have 2 questions:

    1. In Flex, when allowing Group Registrations, the maximum number of attendees one person can register is 10. In Classic, this number was 99.  Is there any way this can be increased "by account" and this something that will be increased in Flex in the future? (how would this be handled in a situation of registering a classroom of children or a sports team, etc., where they are not able to register themselves?)

    2. Are there plans to have the graphics/theme/look and feel of the Registration website to automatically carry to the VAH site, so it does not need to be re-created?

Hi @Judi Kiess - hope all is well!

I reached out to my colleague, Ahnaf, to get you an answer on your first question. We're working on increasing the limits for group members, but can't say at the moment exactly how many we'll end up allowing and what that timeline is. For your use case, if all your registrants need to do is designate that they're part of a group, you can use contact fields to accomplish this. Group Registration is really only helpful in the scenario where that primary registrant has to manage all of those registrations together.

I can help you with your second question. Short answer is yes; we're looking at ways to consolidate theming and branding at the account and event level to make that process more seamless and repeatable. We don't have any definitive timelines to share at this time but we're actively looking into this.

Hope this helps! Thanks for joining the webinar and looking forward to seeing you next quarter.

Thank you very much Carl - our situation for Groups is that we have a few hundred different groups, some of which have hundreds of members and the registrations are done via one Coordinator who acts as the primary registrant - so we look forward to the time when the number in Flex is increased. While many of our Groups would be small, all are over 10 members and some even have over a hundred.

HI, I watched on-Demand Webinar. in this Webinar, you mentioned that Cvent was able to link with Veeva. Is there any demo or resources how to use effectively?
In Japan, most of our customer currently use Veeva, so we would like to know more in detail so that we could suggest using Cvent with Veeeva.
    Thank you!

Hi . So glad you had a chance to catch up on the webinar. This one-pager on our Cvent/Veeva Integration gives a good high-level overview. If you're interested in walking through an actual demo with our team, reach out to your Account Manager and they'd be happy to get that scheduled for you!
