  • 1.  why aren't my attendees showing in the app

    The site is live and attendees are visible to all. I just get a message saying, Attendee list coming soon. We're still adding the finishing touches to the attendee list. Check back soon.

    Hi Jennifer,

    The most likely reason you are seeing the "Attendee List coming soon" message in the Event App is that, while the site is live, attendees are not currently set to display on the attendee list.

    In most cases, this is related to attendee visibility settings rather than the app launch status. I would recommend checking these two areas:

    • Your registration path settings to confirm the attendee list opt-in behavior is configured as expected

    • Attendee Hub > Website and App > Manage website and app > Features > Attendee Profile, and then reviewing whether attendee visibility is set to hidden or visible by default

    If attendee visibility is hidden by default, or if attendees are required to opt in and that has not happened yet, the app can show the "coming soon" message instead of the attendee list.
