Sourcing. It can be a challenge to understand and visualize spaces without costly site visits. Use the Cvent Supplier Network to understand spaces and virtually tour venues before signing a contract.

Vendors. Discussed increasing cost of vendor services. Use the Vendor Marketplace in your Cvent account to get more competitive rates (Eg. AV, Transportation, Photography services).

AI. Interest in AI to improve attendee engagement and reduce manual work. For example, rephrasing Abstract submissions that came from non-native English speakers.  Also, use Cvent's video editor to auto generate subtitles for your on-demand/virtual session recordings!
