    Hi there! Do you know if there is a way to mass upload the status of attendee visibility? They are currently all listed as no and would like them listed as yes

    Thanks for asking this great question! At this time, there is no way to mass upload the status of attendee visibility but you can go into the attendee record 1 by 1 and update it on the backend.

    Hi Maddie,

    Hope you are well!

    It is correct that you can go into the attendee record 1 by 1 and update it on the backend because currently there no bulk way to do the same as suggested by Erica. To add on to it there are basically three ways to achieve this:

    1. Doing it manually one by one at the backend.
    2. Asking the invitees to update their profile themselves (if that is the option)​
    3. Submit a case or contact us and we will get this done at the backend by checking with our application support team. The team will be able to provide you the data with the requested change. 

    You can choose any of the above mentioned options based on the number of invitees you need to change this setting for.

    There is no mass upload currently. I'd recommend contacting your Cvent rep for assistance.

    As others have mentioned, there isn't a way to mass upload. This is a consistent request of mine to Cvent, the ability to mass update within the platform. It would be much more efficient than 1 by 1.

    To be clear with the language. A participant is already an accepted attendee. Then yes.
    I did this recently. I want to send a survey and they all needed to be marked particpant = yes.
