    Hello, need to get instructions on how to change confirmation email to someone else.

    Hi Rula,

    Are you looking to change the from email address of the registration confirmation email? If so, you can do this from an Event > Email > Event Emails > click into the email in question > Edit while on the Details tab > select another email address from the "From Email Address" dropdown > Save. If there are no additional email addresses to choose from, or you need a different one that is not part of the selection, you'll need to add a new account email address. This can be done from App Switcher > Admin > Data Lists > Account Email Addresses > Add Email Address.     Once you confirm the new account email address(es), then you can change the From Email Address in email details following the aforementioned steps above, or when creating an event you can now select from these account email addresses as the planner email.
