    Has anyone successfully integrated an AI chatbot into your cvent site and/or attendeehub mobile app experience? We find a lot of the questions we get emailed are answered in the FAQ that people just arent using so we were trying to think up other ways or other solutions we could integrate that allow people to ask an AI bot in real-time and hopefully alleviate some of the asks we receive.

    Would love any input / experiences and examples if you have them!

    HI. I'm trying to elevate the volume of incoming registration questions from my team so I'm looking into AI to help with FAQs on our registration site.  Does anyone have experience with chatbot code snippet in the registration process?

    Hi Rachel,

    We definitely have customers who have integrated chatbots with Cvent. You can use code snippets in Cvent which gives you a snippet where you can write your code for the bot and embed it on the Cvent/your own page.

    You can also use REST APIs to build a chatbot on your own or buy services from us to get it built for you. Please feel free to contact your Account team to discuss the options that are available.
