I understand this but am wondering about a way to link the meetings in event diagramming (and the diagrams) with the meeting information housed in the cvent meeting Access portal tool?

In Event Diagramming (formerly known as Social Tables), you can easily open any of your events from the Home page.
Opening an Existing Event
1 Locate the event. On the Home page in Event Diagramming, click on Events along the left.
Find your event listed under Upcoming Events, Past Events, or All Events. You can also search for your events by typing the event name in the search bar.
Use the Filter drop-down menu to narrow your list by event date or by who created it. Learn more about Filtering and Sorting your event list.
2 Open the event. Once you have located your event, click on the event title. Scroll down to access all your event's assets: Diagrams, Attendee lists, and Uploaded Files.
Click on any diagram in your event to open it.
Clearing Away Search Filters
If you have difficulty locating an event, make sure to click the Reset link at the top of the filter list. This will clear away all existing filters so your search will cover your entire Event Library.

Can you please advise if there is a better way to link the work we do in the Social tables platform to our actual events on our Cvent dashboards?
