There is not a way to customize planner alerts at this point in time to remove certain sections, etc., but I do recommend submitting this as feedback within Participate > Product Ideas for our product team to consider for future enhancement requests. As an alternative to the planner alerts, you could explore using an access portal to share this information with your vendors/third party instead. You would save the report(s) to the access portal with all of the fields included that you want (and the fields omitted that you do not want them to see) and then you can set this vendor up as an access portal user that only has access to those specific report(s) that they need to see and then they can access the portal at anytime via the access portal weblink to always run the most up to date reports and get the information that they need.
