@Alissa Mirsky my favorite session was the Community Conversations: Efficient Event Tech Strategies for Campus-wide Success hosted by @Kylie Ott and Susan Nye. The discussion between other higher-ed campuses and learning how they all plan, execute, and optimize their events was invaluable.
My biggest take away from CONNECT this year was we, University of Michigan, need to start implementing Meeting Request Forms.....

For those of attending Cvent CONNECT, virtually or in-person, what has been your favorite session or takeaway so far?
Mine was during Jennifer Morgan's session today on the importance that events have the opportunity to make people feel special and appreciated. And from a professional development perspective, she gave a good reminder to "be someone who brings energy, ideas, and context back to your leadership".
