    Hello

When creating a QR code - does anyone know how we find out what the GUID code that sits in the background is? i.e. bf493750-8d06-4796-a380-416dfe84dd31

I need to add it to a CSV file for export so that I can create the badges for the specialist printer we have...really struggling to find it.

    thanks in advance

    Hi Joanna,

    Hope you are doing well!

If you wanted to create a badge on your own and add a QR code outside, you will have to export the confirmation number and use that.
Regarding using GUID code, I will update you once I have any information on this, as the details have been requested from our concerned team.

    Hope this helps!

    Curious why that is necessary.
I send my data file to PCNametag for my namebadges. I rename confirmation number, QR code.
When you scan a confirmation QR code it's nothing more that the confirmation number.

Are you requiring more information in the QR code than the confirmation number?
