  • 1.  Has anyone set up an event that offered vendor tables for a fee?

    We are interested in offering vendors an option to purchase tables.  I'm not sure what is the best approach if we want to charge a fee.  Has anyone set up an event that charged a fee for vendors?

    Hi Augelita,

    If you want to allow vendors to purchase the tables then you can create the Tables as Quantity items by navigating to Event > Registration > Optional Items > Quantity Item > Add the minimum and maximum quantity allowed for the Tables > Limit the Quantity item to just the 'Vendor' Registration Type > Finish. After creating the Quantity item you can add a fee for the same.

    Yes, within your vendor path, utilize Optional Items and then build out each table, and cost. You also have the ability to invoice them, or take offline payments if you don't want to use a payment processor or are collecting the fees outside of registration.
