I have looked through the threads and other help pages but can not seem to find an answer. Once a session has reached capacity, I would like to hide it from the registration process. I am not using waiting lists so there is no reason for a registrant to scroll through sessions that are no longer available. Does anyone know if this is possible?

I would be curious to know this as well.

Also, in classic, sessions whose dates have already passed used to automatically fall off the registration process. That doesn't happen in Flex. I always have to go in and manually change the session to no longer display on the agenda.

    Interesting question.
I can see not listing a full session, but there may be people remembering seeing the session and scratching their head looking for it.

I just tried this on my test registration.
Reg type is allowed to select A, B, C or D sessions.

    I registered myself for B and D.

Went back to reg type, unchecked B. I was still registered. No error messages.

Modifed my registration and unchecked B. OK.
Went back to modify and B was not visible.

The session would need to be removed from agenda if you list the agenda somewhere.
Same method may work using admission type instead of reg type.

    It's a bit clunky. :)

Was thinking about this again. You can mark the session closed.
I have several sessions on my current registration marked closed that invitees don't see.

    Yeah,

I was just thinking there might be a filter option that will automatically hide them as they fill up.

No. Needs to be a manual process.
I got overly complicated in my first suggestion. :)

Add: I don't know why I though that the sessions should only be hidden to certain reg types.

Within the session set, you could switch the display options to "No" under "Display on Agenda."

    Hi Amerigo,

There isn't a way to automatically have these sessions fall off the agenda once they are full, so you will need to close them on the back-end.

    Thank you!

This would be a great feature to add to a future release!
