Once the new employee has been entered as a user and they accept the terms of use in the Cvent Community & Academy, I have my Customer Success Lead assign trainings for the products I'm contracted for, as well as the certifications.
Cvent has an onboarding page and checklist (https://community.cvent.com/beingsuccessful/onboarding). However, I would like the ability to assign trainings to the new employee myself instead of having to ask my Customer Success Lead to do it. I also wish the onboarding checklist listed the trainings/certifications recommended (or required) for each product.
