    I am being asked if this type of set up is possible.  This is a new question for me so I am not sure the system can do that but figured I would ask just in case.

    Hi Nicole,

    Cvent does not currently support sending a follow-up email automatically based on whether a previous email was opened. There is no built-in feature or automation in Cvent that triggers an email send specifically when a recipient opens a prior email. Cvent allows you to schedule a series of emails based on time delays after certain actions, such as registration. For example, you can set up a welcome series where each email is sent a week apart after someone registers for an event. You can configure custom emails and set their send schedule by date and time, but these are not conditional on recipient actions like email opens. I would recommend submitting this as an enhancement request for our product team to consider within Participate > Product Ideas.
