    1. What do you feel will be the biggest challenge for your 2023 event strategy?
      1. Marketing - this is difficult for us because it's what is needed to promote and costs money and needs a dedicated person to take charge and make sure we're visible everywhere that's needed.
    2. What are your key considerations for the 2023 kickoff planning?
      1. We've already started planning for 2023 and it's all the managers coming together and forecasting each month with different events either not coming back or shifting into a different month we have to take that into consideration. It's a long process but we'll get there!

    1. What do you feel will be the biggest challenge for your 2023 event strategy? Finding a venue. With everything pushing events out from 2020/2021 and preplanning out back then it's been really hard just finding availability for programs our size/range needs.
    2. What are your key considerations for the 2023 kickoff planning? Still worried about where the state of things will be so we're still trying to focus on venue buyouts, venues with open floors/spacing but we're also trying to focus more on sustainability and what venues can do to help us meet those goals.

What do you feel will be the biggest challenge for your 2023 event strategy?
Securing sponsors is probably our top priority at the moment, as they help fund the event. With events coming back in full swing, we need to make sure that we book the early enough before their dance cards get filled up.

What are your key considerations for the 2023 kickoff planning?
We've already begun the planning process, so our focus is on making sure we can deliver a fantastic event within budget.

What do you feel will be the biggest challenge for your 2023 event strategy?
         - I have noticed groups are booking closer to the event dates.  Keeping a good mix of group and local with the new booking windows has been a challenge.

What are your key considerations for the 2023 kickoff planning?
         - Getting as much on the books early as possible.
         - Keeping in mind the rising costs of product.
         - Supply chain issues

What do you feel will be the biggest challenge for your 2023 event strategy?
Balancing budget with expectations. Our virtual program has allowed great cost savings opportunities and it's a challenge to for leadership to see the numbers related to bringing folks back together in person.

What are your key considerations for the 2023 kickoff planning?
Keep it simple and provide tons of uncomplicated networking opportunities. Since we haven't all been together in so long, we want to foster conversations and information sharing by letting folks spend time together and reconnect.

Honestly, we have made the transition to virtual for most of our events, and we are really trying to up our virtual game - productions quality, content, etc. Our typical timelines (which are ALWAYS too short anyway) will not cut it with the level of event production we are really trying to produce - so timing and budgeting for this transition is our biggest challenge right now. From a planning perspective, we get it - but the folks who set our agenda & deliver a lot of the content have not worked on this moved up timeline before.

What do you feel will be the biggest challenge for your 2023 event strategy?
Having less money and staff (budget cuts) and the loss of Cvent software will be devastating!

What are your key considerations for the 2023 kickoff planning?

Communicating to internal audiences that we can't offer the same services without Cvent.

    1. What do you feel will be the biggest challenge for your 2023 event strategy?
      1. For use it's going to be volume. As we conduct internal and hospitality events for the bank - everyone wants to be back in person and bring back meetings and events that have been dormant for 2+ years. Additionally we have new leadership that is requiring business case approval for any meeting/event.
    2. What are your key considerations for the 2023 kickoff planning?
      1. We're restructuring our MRF to gather the pertinent information to create the business case, and expedite the process. This will also help us be more strategic with our resources.
