If anyone uses the Key Stakeholders in their Event Information section of Event Management, would you mind sharing how/what you use it for?
    The verbiage states,
"If the event has a stakeholder, you can enter this person's information for reporting and communication purposes."

    • Are there specified reports that can be restricted only to Stakeholders?
    • Are there emails that can be set up for the Stakeholder "audience"?

I'm curious how others are using this section since I haven't seen reports or email communications designated to Key Stakeholders.

    Hi Sara -

I don't believe that there are any reports specific to shareholders but because it's a default custom event field, it can be used for more advanced filtering in reports and can be used for more advanced functionality like creating policies, triggers, and notifications.

Do you have any examples of advanced functionality in policies, triggers, and notifications? That's the type of thing I'm looking for and hoping to understand better. Thanks!

    Hi Sara,

The Key Stakeholders section under Event Information is an optional field and typically used if you are hosting an event for someone else: i.e event planner creating and hosting event for another organization. I touched base with my team, and there are no emails or reports that would pull in the Key Stakeholders that you input here as this section is essentially for internal purposes. However, you can set up a key stakeholder invitations list within your event for sending emails, and you can set up an Access Portal for specific users that are your key stakeholders to view reports. Please see the Community articles below for additional guidance, and you can always call our 24/7 Customer Care team for assistance as well. :)

Creating an Access Portal or Public Website
    Adding Invitation Lists

    I hope this helps!
