    Do you want to be proactive and make sure that your registrants received their registration confirmations! 

    For your event, go to the Attendee List and set an Advanced Search to show anyone with a Status = 'Accepted' and Opted-Out equals 'Yes'.

    This will show you anyone who did not receive their confirmation email. You can then click on the down arrow next to the attendee's name and click on the 'View Attendee Activities '. It will show a list of activities. You should be able to see a highlighted link Email to attendee bounced. If you click on this it will tell you why the email bounced.

    • Half the time, the attendee's email was typed incorrectly, so review their email address for mistakes, or see if the contact is already in your system with a similar/correctly spelled email address.  Don't forget to change the Opted-Out field = 'No' for the contact, if you fix their email address!
    • Also, companies have software that will block emails if they don't know the sender, so it could get blocked this way. We will directly email the attendee or their assistant who registered them, from our Outlook - sending their registration confirmation as well as telling them that they need to whitelist or unblock the Cvent emails.
