Hi Megan,
It's super exciting to see the Attendee Hub features keep growing and diversifying. Allowing attendees to manage their own profile is a big one. For example, people often will not capitalize their own name properly in registration, and then ask us to change it for them.
One thing that's still missing is the bility for people to indicate their pronouns, especially when the profile will be shared with other attendees. We've seen people use the suffix field for that, but obviously it's not really what it was designed for. Besides, we already ask (as an optional custom contact field) for their pronouns as part of registration, so we can put them on the name badges.
Cheers,

Subject: Managing registrant/attendee profiles on the Attendee Hub Website and Event App is super-easy!
Hi everyone, we are halfway through the week. That means it is time for the next Tip of the Week discussion! With all the hard work that comes with events, it's good to know that managing registrant/attendee profiles is one of the easy tasks ahead of you. Please read below to find tips for managing registrant/attendee profiles on the Attendee Hub Website and Event App!
- Attendee Hub List Overview: In Attendee Hub, the attendee list is the main networking page on your Attendee Website and Event App. From the list, web and app users can see who else is attending the event and view their contact details. You'll be able to configure how the list will appear, including if attendee profiles should be hidden or visible by default, and if attendees with similar interests should be recommended.
- From the Attendee Website, attendees can click the Attendees tab, or hover over Community and click Attendees from the dropdown, to access the attendee list. In the Event App, they'll tap the More tab at the bottom of the screen, then Attendees. They'll be able to sort the list by first name, last name, company, or job title.
- From the list, attendees can click or tap into the profile of anyone they want to know more about. On an attendee's profile, they can see the attendee's name, title, company, bio, profile picture, and links to their social media sites.
- Attendee list Settings: You can create custom filters for your attendee list from registration questions or internal information choice questions.
- Attendee privacy: Attendee profiles can be set to hidden or visible, depending on if you want attendees to opt in to the attendee list, or if you want them all included by default. Learn more about the attendee privacy options and how to customize this setting for your event.
- Attendee Recommendations: Based on the sessions that an attendee has enrolled in, up to 50 attendees with similar agendas will be displayed as suggested matches at the top of the attendee list. Learn more about Attendee Recommendations and how to enable this feature for your event.
