  • 1.  Marketo - Cvent Integration Troubleshooting

    Hi!

    Is anyone here familiar with the Marketo-Cvent integration?  I have set up our default Marketo integration for a new event and our test registrations are not pushing to Marketo.  The static list that triggers a campaign remains empty. 

    - Our integration is "Active"

    - The list IDs from Marketo are updated in the Integration Points section of the Basic Settings

    - The Marketo Login info is correct

    - Our Integration points are activated, with the actions to "Create or update a lead, Add the lead to a list"

    Has anyone run into a similar issue and perhaps have basic troubleshooting pointers?

    We configured this the same way we did last year and it worked just fine.

    Hope you are doing well!

    In regards to your issue, I have reviewed the entire set-up for one of the recent events in your account. I found out that all the settings including integration set-up, list IDs from Marketo, Marketo Login information and Integration points are correctly configured and should not cause any issues.

    However, as you mentioned it is not functioning correctly, this might need further intervention from our application support team for detailed investigation. Kindly reach out to us through community/request a callback or call us directly at 866.318.4357. Press options 1, 1, 1 again, and 4  to reach out to the Integrations team.
