  • 1.  Multiple time zones in one event?

Does anyone have experience with having multiple time zones within one event? We have a virtual program with 2 days of virtual content in EST, and then a day of in-person content in various locations across the globe. The issue we are running into is that since the program was set up in EST, all of the in-person content is showing up in EST on the agenda (micro-site is built in Cvent as well). There seems to be no way to have the in-person content in different time zones show up in their own time zone via the agenda widget.

Any help or suggestions would be amazing! I dont think there is a workaround that Cvent or I haven't tried or discussed wont work, but wanted to put it out to the masses.

    Hi Lacey,
We have done this and continue to do this. All sessions times need to be converted to your primary time zone. We note everywhere that all times are in EST. They have the option to change the time to their devices time zone setting. If there are sessions for specific locations only we use categories or admission items. It is very nice to have it all in one place.
