  • 1.  Need to make a user an Access Portal Manager

    Hello all

    I have a user that I want to make an Access Portal Manager. In Admin, I go to Access Portal - Access Portals - open my portal - Managers. When I click Add Managers, she doesn't appear in the list for me to select her. Any idea how I can get her on this page. It's the  "Step 1: Select account users to add as managers" page. 

    I've compared her settings to other users listed on that page and I can't see a difference. Thanks!

    Hi Michelle,

    Can you try the following steps?

    Navigate to Admin > Access Portal > Access Portals > click into the correct one >Guest > Search the user by email > Select >Remove.

    then try adding the user again.
