Hi everyone! Wondering if anyone knows how to pull a report of attendees who are not bringing a guest? We are hosting a large event, and most people are bringing a plus one - however, there are a few attendees who are not bringing one and we would like to know who they are. Any insight is greatly appreciaed!

    Thanks!

    Hi Sarah,

    Hope you are doing well!

While there is no specific report dedicated to guest registration, you can generate the 'Registrant Details' report from the Reports > Reports > Report Template section. After the report loads, click on "Data" and then select "Change Report Data" in the top right corner. Proceed to the "Fields" tab and add the "Primary Registrant (Guest of)" field, along with the "Invitee/Guest" field, and run the report. Once the report is generated, click on "Filters" on the right side, edit the filters, and select these two fields to be displayed. Apply the changes.

Next, click on the three vertical dots and select "Edit" > "Go to Grouping," and group the report by "Primary Registrant (Guest of)." Click on "Update" to save the changes. Now, the report will display names alongside numbers. If a number is 1, it indicates that the person is the primary invitee without any guests. On the other hand, if a name has a number greater than 1, it means they are bringing guests. This way, you can identify individuals who are not bringing any guests.

    Hope this helps.
