    Has anyone had issues with invitees not being able submit a post payment?

    Sometimes I need to register people and instruct them to go back to pay.
    Some are able to with no issue, while some get an error. "Payment Error"

    People have told be they've used multiple browsers, so I'm not sure if it's a mobile issue.

    I'm able to use to process their credit card in the backend.

    Hi Steven,

    Hope you are doing well!

    We have not encountered any issues with the payment options. However, you might want to check if the Card being used for payment is supported by the merchant account selected in the event. Also, the issue could arise if the invitees are adding incorrect card details when making the payments. 

    If you are able to capture the error message or the screen shot of the error, we can check this further to make sure the issue does not occur again.

    It can certainly be user error as I'm always able to process the payment.

    I recently encountered the same issue. From my understanding, it may have to do with the individuals cookies needing to be deleted for the site. At the very least, the error did not occur for me when trying to make payment in incognito mode.
