    Hello - How do I get deleted Notifications to go away? I accidentely did an import and instead of modifing my existing notifications it created a duplicate set. I've also done a few test notifications and I don't want to keep having all of these mixed in with the actual notifications I'll be sending.

    Hi Matt,

    You can delete these push notifications from the backend by clicking into the notification > actions > Delete or by clicking on the dropdown arrow next to the name of the notification > Delete. 

    NOTE: If notifications that were already sent are deleted, their status will appear as "Deleted" in the Notifications list and they will be removed from the Event App and Attendee Website.

    Even when delete them, they stay in my view which clogs things up. Is there a way to get deleted notifications to disappear?

    If the notifications haven't been sent yet, they will be able to be deleted entirely from the list, but if the notifications were already sent, their status will appear as "Deleted" in the Notifications list, so you can track that they were sent. I would recommend submitting this as a product idea within Participate > Product Ideas for our product team to consider for a future enhancement request.
