I am trying to test my event created in Flex. When I attempt to enter a second registration for the same email address, I get the following error message, "
It looks like we already have a contact in our records that matches those details. Please check the information you entered and try again."
My testing parameters are: Method = Test Myself, Area = Registration Process, Test for invitees who arrive from = Cvent Email, C
ontact Type = Default, Invitation List = Invitation List, and Email = Approval Pending Notification.
I have tried clearing cache and logging out and back into Cvent but I still get the same error message.
What am I doing wrong?
