  • 1.  Registration Page Visibility

    I am building a registration where registrants do not need to view every registration page. If they meet a specific question criteria I would like them to be directed to a different page. They may skip one page or they may skip two, etc. depending on their response to a previous page's question. How can I place a visiablity setting to direct them to ALL the questions on the next corresponding page rather than each question on a page?

    Could you create an alternate registration path that does not include the pages you want to skip?

    Hi Erin,

    Hope you are well!

    Could you please confirm what kind of questions are you referring to? Also, if these questions will display only on the first page and basis the question the invitees can skip a page or two? Could you elaborate a bit more on the set up so that we can suggest how this can be set up?

    If the question is to be displayed only on the first page of registration and then basis that the pages can be skipped and no other such question is available in next pages, in that case, you can create the question choices as registration types and create separate paths for each choice depending on what pages to show for each path. When they select the registration type, they will be directed to the respective registration type and will see only the pages created under that path.

    Another way is to create custom logic, however, here too you'll have to create separate registration types and custom contact question and its responses. Set up the custom logic in path setting assigning the type to the answer given and each type will take the invitee to its respective path displaying the pages.

    If your set up is different, please elaborate on it a bit more so that we can assist you. Alternatively, you can also contact our Support Team directly for assistance on the set up.
